Connectivity Platform
Cross-project program board for the fleet connectivity remediation, derived from the 2026-07-21 research (oleks/cluster wiki → K3s-over-ZeroTier-Connectivity: 27 incidents, 9 recurring patterns). Core finding: the failures are integration-shaped, not platform-shaped — a different overlay would have failed the same way. Five phases across oleks/cluster, oleks/armer, oleks/builder-arbitrage, oleks/fleet-modules and oleks/emmett: 0 preflight (declared vs live), 1 finish the half-done controller migration, 2 close the ephemeral identity lifecycle, 3 pilot the overlay-free path for public-IP nodes, 4 reduce the eight babysitters, 5 decide the long-term platform with pilot data in hand.
