Symptom

Two HelmRelease deployments in kotkan namespace
(cms-plugins-production + cms-plugins-staging) were in
ImagePullBackOff — referenced image tags are missing from Gitea OCI.

Cause

Dead-tag victims of gitea-oci-cleanup 2026-05-28 (cluster wiki:
Incidents/2026-05-28-Gitea-Dead-Tags-And-Kyverno-Hardening).

What to investigate

  1. Verify oleks/cms-plugins Woodpecker pipeline still works.
  2. Trigger fresh builds for production + staging branches.
  3. Verify images land in Gitea (git.oleks.space/oleks/cms-plugins:*).
  4. Update fleet HelmReleases:
    • apps/workloads/kotkan/.../cms-plugins-production/helmrelease.yaml
    • apps/workloads/kotkan/.../cms-plugins-staging/helmrelease.yaml
  5. flux resume helmrelease cms-plugins-{production,staging} -n kotkan.

Current fleet state

  • HelmRelease kotkan/cms-plugins-production: suspended
  • HelmRelease kotkan/cms-plugins-staging: suspended
  • Both Deployments scaled to 0
