README rewritten (commit ba445cf) — was stale "scaffolding, pre-implementation" text at v0.5.1 despite two real audits already filed; now documents usage, the six pipeline steps, the rubric's four positions, and three worked examples from real runs.

Publish scoped to local use per explicit user decision: plugin was already registered in the oleks-local marketplace since Phase 1 (task 1.2c); deliberately NOT added to the public claude-plugin-index or verified on claude-plugins.oleks.space — recorded in design/tasks.md 8.2 as a decision, not an oversight.

Task 8.3 (optional PR to token-budget) stays open/deferred, not required for this release. Task 8.4 (memory checkpoint) already satisfied on an ongoing basis via FR-9's automatic writes plus manual session checkpoints.

Version bumped to 0.6.0.
