Per design/tasks.md Phase 1. Decisions closed: name inference-arbitrage, org kotkan, cc-tokens dependency via PATH+cache-glob fallback (never vendored).

  • 1.1 Directory scaffold: .claude-plugin/plugin.json v0.1.0, MIT LICENSE, .gitignore, design docs moved to design/
  • 1.2 git init -b main, repo created at kotkan/claude-plugin-inference-arbitrage (no auto-init), pushed
  • 1.2b Executable bits verified on bin//tests/ scripts
  • 1.2c Registered in local oleks-local marketplace
  • 1.3 Wiki initialized: Methodology/Rubric.md, Audits/README.md, Data/README.md
  • 1.4 .woodpecker/test.yaml running tests/run-all.sh + shellcheck
